Southern first brought you the Bavarian style service case, shifting the design paradigm across the industry. Now we have brought the Bavarian Series to a whole new level, literally. Our 3-level Bavarian style case not only enhances the look and functionality of the Meat Department, but it also has the ability to increase sales per square foot. Shared below is a recent project where this case (SCHV-BAV) was utilized. This new high profile store utilizes a combined lineup featuring both straight and curved sections of the 3-level SCHV-BAV. As you can see, our popular Aged Beef case perfectly aligns with the service cases and is a focal point of the department. The addition of a third level in the SCHV-BAV allows the retailer the opportunity to address all of the service meat needs in a smaller footprint.
A new level has also been achieved with Southern’s innovations in our various self-service islands as red meat merchandisers. The merchandisers pictured all bring the product up out of traditional coffin cases and into customers’ zone of interaction. The better sightlines and easy reach of our self-service meat islands are making impressions as well as generating high sales per square foot.
